An Ongoing Journey into Awareness

Mokshaa (Jalpa), facilitator of Mokshaa Meditation

My journey with meditation began long before it became my work. From childhood, I was drawn to spiritual books and conversations with people exploring different spiritual paths.

During my college years, I began exploring different meditation practices. After completing my studies, I joined Osho International in Pune, initially as a meditation participant. At that point in my life, I wanted time to reflect on my future direction.

That experience brought me into closer contact with Osho’s teachings. I began practising meditation more deeply, learning different methods and exploring meditation therapies.

Later, a friend invited me to facilitate meditation at his centre. Through that experience, I discovered how much joy I felt in sharing meditation with others. It helped me recognise that facilitating meditation was a direction I wanted to explore more fully.

My active connection with the study and practice of meditation dates back to 2012. I have completed meditation and therapy facilitation courses through Osho International and have learned alongside different meditation and therapy practitioners in India.

Joy, presence
and awareness.

For me, meditation is an invitation to recognise the power and wonder of existence, and to meet each moment with greater joy, presence and awareness.

Explore through
experience.

Through Mokshaa Meditation, I wish to offer opportunities for people to explore their inner world, experience moments of awareness and discover their own relationship with inner freedom. My approach is welcoming and experiential, grounded in attention, curiosity and self-exploration.

A range of ways
to notice.

Depending on the programme, I facilitate selected Osho active and passive meditations, approaches drawn from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Osho Born Again meditation therapy, and breath and body-awareness practices.

My courses through Osho International are part of my personal learning. Mokshaa Meditation is an independent practice and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Osho International.
